The Customer Service department provides general contact with our customers through Regional Support and more in-depth assistance through Technical Support.

The Customer Training Unit provides standard and tailor-made courses on the operation and maintenance of the company's products.

Our Logistic Support Group provides an Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) capability offering a wide range of logistic services for both civil and military programs.

Support Planning ensures that all logistic support requirements are included in the program plans. These plans are used to ensure that all necessary support requirements are developed and delivered when they are required.
